The rules for using Roar Exchange, your account and our markets.

These terms govern your use of Roar Exchange. By creating an account or placing a bet you agree to them. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the platform. We may update these terms and will post the current version on this page.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to bet in your location. You must register with accurate details and keep them up to date. One account per person. We may ask you to verify your identity and age at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, show signs of fraud, or are used by anyone under 18.
Roar Exchange is a peer-to-peer exchange. You place back or lay bets that are matched against other users. A bet is only active once matched. Prices reflect what other users offer, not odds we set. We are not a counterparty to your bets; we operate the marketplace and settle matched bets according to the result of the event.
We charge a commission on your net winnings in a market, typically around 5 percent. There is no commission on losing bets. We will make the applicable rate clear before you bet. We do not charge to open an account.
Deposits and withdrawals are in Indian Rupees through UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Net Banking or IMPS. We settle markets using recognised official results. Where a result is disputed, void or abandoned, we may void affected bets and return matched stakes in line with our market rules.
You agree not to manipulate markets, use bots to gain an unfair advantage, collude with other users, or use the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose. Breaching these rules may lead to voided bets, withheld funds and account closure.
We provide the platform on a reasonable-efforts basis. We are not liable for losses from your betting decisions, from events outside our control, or from interruptions to third-party payment or data services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may change features, suspend the service for maintenance, or close the platform with notice where practical. You may close your account at any time after settling open positions and withdrawing your balance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
